Rampant
Entertainment is proud to present the premiere internet broadcast of the "Texas
Burning: A Lone Star Salute to
Our Troops" concert. Share this special musical event, that features some of the most talented young musicians playing today in the Lone Star State, as
they say "thanks," through song, to our war vets, their families, their treating clinicians and the volunteer groups that support them. The concert was originally broadcast live from San Antonio's historical
Charline McCombs Empire Theatre via the global broadband networks of Texas-based WHITEBLOX. Through
our "Video on Demand" feature, fans of Texas music world-wide are able to experience the concert event that celebrated
the January 2007 dedication of the Center
for the Intrepid, the state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility at Brooke Army Medical Center that serves the courageous soldiers seriously wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.
This debut presentation of Texas
Burning showcases a wide variety of musical genres.

Texas favorite, Patricia Vonne performs her brand of Latin-flavored rock, including some beautiful Spanish ballads. Her song, "Texas Burning," inspired the name of the concert series and is its theme song. Ms. Vonne is joined by roots-rock singer-songwriter Shannon McNally; Austin guitar-goddess Carolyn Wonderland; folk-gospel-blues singer Ruthie Foster; Austin poetic songster Sam Baker; New Orleans' favorite singer-violinist, Theresa Andersson; and internationally-renowned Houston blues-man Sherman Robertson. Every artist had a remarkable performance, together creating a truly inspiring and memorable night.

Rampant
Entertainment donated over 400 tickets to military personnel from Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Lackland A.F.B. and Randolph A.F.B., who along with their family members, enjoyed the concert live. We will
continue to work with military public affairs officials to publicize "watching parties" for this
Texas Burning concert throughout U.S. military bases, including overseas.
Many of the artists had been friends already, having played or recorded together. And it shows. They all enjoy sharing the stage for such a great cause, with each artist playing four to six songs. Great songs, made spicier with duets, collaborations, blazing guitars and amazing violins. Americana, folk, Latin, rock, blues, gospel and even a little reggae. You know…Texas Music. Mix in a Flamenco dancer. Now you know
Texas Burning.
